Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT/RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY:
I REQUIRE all clients to have a valid DEBIT/CREDIT card on file! All clients are REQUIRED to leave a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to book a service.
Deposits will be deducted from the final service. In order to better serve you, I ask that please, that all rescheduling/cancellations be made a minimum of 1 WEEK before scheduled appointment so I can try my best to fill the spot.
Any further rescheduling/no call no show/cancellations will result in a LOSS of your deposit and a new deposit will be REQUIRED to rebook.
Cancelling appointment within less than a week before the appointment will result in a 65% cancellation fee. NO exceptions. Please remember, my business runs on clients showing up.
I do NOT allow more than 1 reschedule.
Any rescheduling after the 1st reschedule, WILL result in automatic cancellation and 65% cancellation fee. Deposits for rescheduling can only be used within the same month or a new deposit will be required. Please make sure you are available before booking.

If you choose not to proceed once you arrive, a 100% service charge will apply, as your time slot has been reserved just for you. This ensures respect for the artist’s time, preparation, and reserved booking slot.
